Grapevine Warranty
MyPersonalVineyard.com will replace your vines if they do not grow. If you follow our directions and the vines do not grow we will replace the vines free of charge including shipping. Negotiated, non-list prices will be replaced at commercial rates of 1% to 5% of planting. Warranty only covers grapevines and does not include labor, materials and other supplies.
If your grapevines do not grow, just email pictures to support@mypersonalvineyard.com, please attach the pictures in a JPEG format. If you can not email the pictures fax them to (559) 622-8591 - as long as they are planted correctly we will replace the vines.
If you are concerned with planting your vines, please plant one and email us a picture we can help to identify if it is planted properly - we are there to help!!!
Please note: VINES WILL NOT BE REPLACED WITHOUT VISUAL CONFIRMATION OF PROPER PLANTING.
